Refund & Exchange Policy – Zum Zum Fabric

At Zum Zum Fabric, we are committed to providing premium unstitched fabrics with exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Our collections include Swiss Lawn, Lawn 2026, Chicken Embroidery (Chikan), Chiffon, and Premium Cotton, all carefully checked before dispatch.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The fabric is unused, unwashed, unstitched, and unaltered
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
  • Due to the nature of unstitched clothing fabric, items that have been used or altered cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, or worn
  • Slight color variation due to screen resolution or lighting.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

🔄 Exchange Policy (Unstitched Fabric & Clothing Material)

If you receive a wrong or defective item, Zum Zum Fabric will offer an exchange of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours
  • Product must pass quality inspection upon return
  • Replacement will be dispatched after approval

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is unavailable for exchange
  • Replacement is not possible after approval

✔ Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days

✔ Refunds are issued via original payment method or store credit, as applicable

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

If the mistake is from Zum Zum Fabric (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us

In other approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
